Experienced Quality Manufacturing Manager – Direct-Hire    

Pay: Up to $110k per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday Days

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, implementation, and auditing of quality systems to meet internal, ISO9000, and customer requirements
• Coordinate Total Quality Management (TQM) efforts across departments
• Interface with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent quality standards
• Oversee supplier quality performance, audits, and corrective actions
• Utilize statistical methods and automated systems for process improvement
• Manage a team of up to 20 employees, providing coaching and leadership
• Ensure all materials, equipment, and processes meet established quality assurance standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field—or equivalent experience
• Experience with IATF 16949, TS16949, and ISO 14001
• OSHA compliance knowledge
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
• Background in statistical improvement methods and corrective action development
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. independently (occasionally up to 50 lbs. with assistance)
• Prior quality leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
