Human Resources Generalist – Support Operations Across Multiple Facilities
Pay Rate: $65,000–$70,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour days
Assignment Length: Direct-Hire
Typical daily duties:
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining accurate HR records and supporting audits
• Partner with hiring managers on recruiting, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives
• Coordinate and deliver onboarding, compliance, and leadership training while supporting employee development efforts
• Promote workplace safety by supporting training, incident investigations, and OSHA compliance initiatives
• Administer benefits, leave programs (FMLA/ADA), HRIS updates (ADP Workforce Now), and assist with payroll coordination
What we’re looking for:
• Strong recruiting background with hands-on hiring support experience
• Knowledge of employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and HRIS systems
• Ability to partner with leadership and work collaboratively across multiple locations
