Our client is urgently hiring multiple Outdoor Field Installation Laborers to support growing project demand. These are Maine‑based roles with regional travel (no relocation). Positions pay $20–$24/hour and are direct hire, offering long‑term  stability, paid travel, and strong overtime opportunities—especially during the summer months.

Typical daily duties:

  • Work outdoors as part of a field crew installing, repairing, and servicing industrial‑grade plastic piping systems
  • Perform culvert repairs, epoxy applications, and grouting at active job sites
  • Fabricate plastic pipe fittings in the shop to meet customer specifications
  • Travel throughout New England for project work (minimal winter travel, heavier summer schedule)
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe tools, equipment, and work areas
  • Follow all job‑site safety rules, PPE requirements, and hazard awareness procedures

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong safety awareness and commitment to working safely on outdoor job sites
  • Carpentry, construction, or general labor experience with basic hand and power tools
  • Mechanical aptitude with attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Clean driving record and ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical, respirator fit test, and work while wearing a respirator
  • OSHA 10 certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Reliable, team‑oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
