Contact Center Customer Service Reps – Foot-in-the-Door Opportunity!

We are hiring multiple Contact Center Customer Service Reps for our client in Augusta. This is an exciting chance to step into state government operations. These positions offer $20 per hour and are long-term contract roles.

Typical daily duties:

• Performing over-the-phone customer service
• Accurately completing volume data entry
• Supporting large-scale departmental projects and initiatives
• Researching and gathering documentation to complete files

What we’re looking for:

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Prior successful contact center experience
• Ability to work on dual monitors and navigate multiple systems
• Professional and courteous demeanor
• High school diploma/equivalent or above
