Contact Center Customer Service Reps – Foot-in-the-Door Opportunity!
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shifts
Assignment Length: Long-term Contract
Typical daily duties:
• Performing over-the-phone customer service
• Accurately completing volume data entry
• Supporting large-scale departmental projects and initiatives
• Researching and gathering documentation to complete files
What we’re looking for:
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Prior successful contact center experience
• Ability to work on dual monitors and navigate multiple systems
• Professional and courteous demeanor
• High school diploma/equivalent or above
