About the Role

As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic consultant to leaders and employees across the organization. You will bring strong business acumen, judgment, and exceptional relationship‑building skills to help shape both day‑to‑day people operations and long‑term organizational strategy.

You will lead and influence across a broad range of HR disciplines – talent planning, employee relations, organization design, performance management, data‑driven decision‑making, and HR program delivery – while aligning HR direction to business objectives. Apply today!

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership & Organizational Leadership

  • Provide HR leadership that fosters employee engagement and aligns people strategies with business goals.
  • Advise senior leaders on organizational direction and talent implications.
  • Build deep understanding of business strategies, competitive environment, and operational drivers.

HR Program Execution

  • Execute critical HR processes including talent moves, organizational changes, employee relations, and performance discussions.
  • Facilitate HR Centers of Excellence to deploy programs in organizational development, leadership development, talent acquisition, compensation, analytics, and more.
  • Participate directly in high‑impact HR activities such as key hiring decisions, development planning, succession discussions, and complex ER cases.

Coaching, Change Enablement & Employee Support

  • Coach leaders to enhance performance, engagement, and organizational health.
  • Anticipate employee needs, provide direct coaching, and guide employees to appropriate HR services.
  • Support departmental and enterprise‑level change initiatives.

Data‑Informed HR Leadership

  • Use people analytics (attrition, engagement, talent flow, DEI) to identify trends, guide decisions, and measure outcomes.

Compliance & Professional Expertise

  • Maintain and apply knowledge of HR regulations, policies, and best practices.
  • Use excellent judgment to resolve matters independently while partnering with functions such as Legal, Employee Relations, and Compensation as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Business Partnering & Execution
    Proven ability to drive high‑quality HR execution with speed, accuracy, and strong decision‑making.
  • Change Enablement & Coaching
    Experience guiding leaders through organizational change and coaching on performance and culture.
  • HR Operational Acumen
    Solid understanding of HR policies and compliance, with the ability to resolve routine matters independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with organization design, restructuring, or role architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive data‑informed decisions using people analytics.
  • Background in talent planning, calibration, or succession management.

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with practical, hands‑on HR delivery.
  • Exceptional communication, consulting, and influencing skills.
  • High judgment, professionalism, and the ability to balance business needs with employee advocacy.
  • A leadership presence with the ability to establish credibility quickly.
  • Continuous learner who stays current on HR trends and best practices.
  • Strong project/program management capability.
