Our client is actively hiring a Healthcare Staffing Operations Specialist in Bangor, Maine to support critical staffing functions in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This position pays $19.50 per hour and is temp-to-hire, offering strong long-term potential.

Typical daily duties:

• Accurately record and update staffing schedules, including call-outs, shift coverage, role changes, and new or termed employees
• Support House Managers, including assisting with twice-daily patient flow meetings and documentation
• Run reports and audits to identify and resolve scheduling discrepancies
• Complete 4-week scheduling processes and maintain efficient workflows
• Process time-off requests in alignment with hospital policies and union agreements

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience in scheduling, staffing coordination, or administrative support
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy environment
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
