Typical daily duties:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Coordinate expedited and in-house orders with production supervisors and customers
• Maintain and update department spreadsheets
• Track Work-In-Progress (WIP) and lead times
• Generate WIP reports using QuickBooks
• Create and send formal quotes to customers

What we’re looking for:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of customer service experience
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Intermediate computer proficiency and keyboarding skills
• QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required
