We’re hiring an IT Inventory Management Specialist for our client in Augusta, Maine. This full-time, long-term opportunity offers a chance to work on-site in a professional State Government setting. These positions pay $25–$28 per hour, paid weekly and are long-term.

This is a great foot-in-the-door role for someone with advanced inventory management skills and strong technical accuracy who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep systems organized and running efficiently.

Typical daily duties

• Manage network and IT equipment audits
• Enter and scan inventory data into the database
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming equipment
• Analyze stock levels and make forecast recommendations
• Communicate with internal customers to fulfill equipment needs

What we’re looking for:

• Advanced inventory management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Fishbowl software knowledge a plus
