 Duties:

  • Provide daily training, management, and coordination for team members
  • Develop and/or expand upon existing training tools and products for internal staff in addition to external stakeholders and providers

  • Maintain a database of agency training assets
  • Develop informational and training tools
  • Manage and coordinate contracts for training consultants, logistical services, and interpreters
  • Catalog all training requirements and policies across the service sectors

  • Other duties as assigned

️ Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience with the principles and methods of adult learning
  • Proficiency with technology including information management
  • Experience with collaboration to develop targeted content
  • Experience in either developing or directly providing training to staff
  • Ability to give verbal presentations
  • Four years of experience in social service or mental health/developmental disabilities programs
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least two years of the prior experience must be in positions that required training development and delivery
