Location: Bangor, Maine
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
Assignment Length: Long-term temporary (4–5 months)

What You’ll Do:

• Answer incoming calls and provide helpful, professional support
• Accept payments by phone
• Enter data accurately into internal systems
• Assist with general administrative and customer service tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Customer service experience, especially on the phone
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Solid Microsoft Office skills—especially Excel
• Quick learner with good retention and a team-focused attitude
