Aluminum TIG Welder – Temp-to-Hire | 1st Shift Opportunity!
Pay Rate: $23–$26 per hour

We’re hiring an Aluminum TIG Welder in Sanford! Our client is a well-established manufacturer known for its clean, organized, and well-lit facility, commitment to quality workmanship, and excellent benefits once hired permanently.
This is an opportunity for a proven TIG welder with aluminum welding experience to join a highly skilled team. If you’ve built a career working with aluminum materials and can demonstrate your TIG welding abilities, this could be the perfect fit. Candidates with experience in industries such as boat building, marine manufacturing, automotive fabrication, or aluminum production environments are encouraged to apply.

Typical daily duties:
• TIG weld aluminum components to quality specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Inspect completed welds for accuracy and workmanship
• Use air and electric grinders and other fabrication tools
• Support production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards
What we’re looking for:
• Strong work history in welding or metal fabrication environments
• Ability to read blueprints and follow welding specifications
• Experience using grinders, hand tools, and fabrication equipment
• Physical ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to successfully complete an in-person TIG welding test
