Manufacturing Technicians – Hands-On Electronics & Process Support

Pay Rate: Up to $30 per hour
Schedule: 1^st, 2^nd, and Weekend Only Shift Options
Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire

We’re hiring Manufacturing Technicians for our client in Gray – opportunities available on multiple shifts all with long-term potential. These positions pay up to $30 per hour and are temp-to-hire, offering a great pathway to growth and stability.

This is a hands-on, production-focused role where you’ll support day-to-day manufacturing operations, work with automated equipment, and contribute to process improvements that enhance product quality and reliability.

Typical daily duties:

• Set up, monitor, and support automated manufacturing equipment and processes
• Perform hand tool assembly and quality review activities
• Support continuous improvement efforts to improve efficiency, quality, and reliability

What we’re looking for:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2–4 years of related experience
• Experience with machine equipment and basic computer systems (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience or training (preferred)
