Customer Service Representative – Bring Your CRM/ERP Expertise to a Family-Owned Maine Client

Pay Rate: $24 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
Assignment Length: Direct-Hire

Typical daily duties:

• Handling incoming phone calls, online inquiries, and logging information into a CRM or ERP
• Supporting independent sales representatives and partners with product, pricing, and warranty information
• Processing quotes, purchase orders, and warranty calls to ensure timely resolution
• Communicating across departments to align with service standards and policies
• Applying Lean tools to identify waste and improve process flow

What we’re looking for:

• Associate’s degree and 5 years’ experience supporting sales teams in manufacturing or life science industries
• Experience using CRM/ERP platforms (Salesforce and Epicor preferred)

• Proven customer service experience working with customers and internal teams
• Experience with international orders/shipments a plus
