Administrative Assistant – Support the Purchasing Department!

Pay: $18-20 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday Days (some flexibility)

Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire

We’re urgently hiring an Administrative Assistant in the Purchasing Department for our client in Bangor. This is a critical role with a strong local employer. This position pays $18–$20 per hour and is temp-to-hire.

This is a great opportunity to use your organizational, communication, and computer skills to support a busy purchasing team and contribute to smooth business operations.

Typical daily duties:

  • Processing and tracking purchase orders
  • Monitoring inventory levels and following up on shipments
  • Communicating with vendors and internal departments

What we’re looking for:

  • Prior experience with data entry, inventory, and shipping
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • 1–3 years of administrative or purchasing support experience preferred
