Our client is seeking a Project & Finance Coordinator to join their collaborative team for a long-term part-time opportunity beginning in early September. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a mission-driven environment with a flexible schedule, hybrid work arrangement, and a variety of finance, project coordination, and administrative responsibilities. This position pays $30-$35/hour.

Typical daily duties:

  • Support finance-related functions including budget tracking, invoice preparation, documentation, reporting, and vendor follow-up
  • Coordinate project activities, contracts, meetings, schedules, and administrative workflows while supporting leadership and multiple stakeholders
  • Organize digital files and records, maintain tracking systems, support document management initiatives, and assist with communications and operational projects

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience supporting finance functions, contract administration, invoicing, reporting, or project coordination activities
  • Strong proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, and digital document management systems
  • Highly organized, adaptable team player who can work independently, manage ambiguity, communicate effectively, and support multiple priorities simultaneously
