We are now hiring Production Helpers for our client, a well-established employer in Biddeford, Maine! Multiple openings are available on 1st and 2nd shift. These positions pay $20–$22 per hour and are direct-hire.

Typical daily duties:

• Performing repetitive weaving tasks
• Making needles, spools, and performing associated tasks
• Inspecting products and ensuring specifications are met
• Setting-up, rodding, documenting, and installing frames
• Adhering to safety procedures
• Supporting and participating in Lean improvement initiatives

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and great hand-eye coordination
• Good reading, writing, and comprehension skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to stand for duration of shift
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
