Customer Service Coordinator
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Days
Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire
We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator with strong communication, organizational, and computer skills to join a top area employer. You will start this job at their facility in Kennebunk and then early this fall transfer to their new facility in Sanford.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Coordinate expedited and in-house orders with production supervisors and customers
- Maintain and update department spreadsheets
- Track Work-In-Progress (WIP) and lead times
- Generate WIP reports using QuickBooks
- Create and send formal quotes to customers
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal. written communication, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Intermediate computer proficiency and keyboarding skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Self-starter with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
