Duties:

• Becoming proficient and serving as one of the subject matter experts for new financial software
• Conducting data quality efforts during software migration
• Developing best practices for leveraging software as a business tool in the future
• Supporting end user requests for basic hardware and software support
• Serving as the first point of contact for all technology issues
• Assisting with other technology and data-related projects in coordination with our managed services provider

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, finance, or related field
• Prior work experience in technology or operations within investment advisory, brokerage, or wealth management
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills
