Typical daily duties:
- Assist with general construction labor such as shoveling, pipe handling, site cleanup, and ground support
- Work outdoors in all weather while supporting installation of municipal waterlines
- Assist Heavy Equipment Operators and spot equipment safely
- (For Equipment Operators) Operate excavators, rollers, and similar equipment as needed
- Travel to various job sites up to one hour from Bangor
What we’re looking for:
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willingness to learn construction or utility‑related methods
- Reliable transportation to job sites within an hour of Bangor
- Prior construction or equipment operation experience preferred — but entry‑level candidates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply
