Production Supervisor – Drive Safety, Quality & Team Success!

Pay Rate: $70-80k/Year
Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays
Assignment Length: Direct-Hire

Typical daily duties:

• Oversee efficient operation of manufacturing lines, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity
• Develop and train staff through coaching and mentorship
• Ensure production schedules and efficiency goals are achieved
• Build and lead a cohesive, high-performing team
• Enforce company policies related to safety, quality, and equipment maintenance

What we’re looking for:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5-7 years of manufacturing supervisory experience leading teams of 15 or more employees; food manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift/carry 25 lbs daily, stand for long periods, and operate pallet jacks/forklifts
• Microsoft Office & Excel experience preferred
