Builders & Machine Operators | Work 4 Days & Get 3 Off

Pay Rate: $17/hr (1st Shift) | $18/hr (2nd Shift)
Schedules:

• • • 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-3:30pm
    • 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm-2:00am
    • Overtime available as needed

Assignment Length: Temp-to-hire with a path to permanent placement

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build and assemble products in a manufacturing environment
• Operate machines and production equipment
• Accurately take and read measurements and follow detailed plans
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Support team production and safety goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
• Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented attitude
