Natural Gas Operations Technician – Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $30/hr+ Based on Experience & Sign-On Bonus
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7a-4p, with rotating on-call nights

Typical daily duties:
- Conduct day-to-day operations and maintenance of plant equipment including mixers, pumps, compressors, gas purification systems, and pipelines
- Respond to alarm conditions, diagnose issues, troubleshoot equipment, and correct plant malfunctions
- Maintain operational records, inventory documentation, compliance forms, and safety-related documentation
- Operate motor vehicles and off-road vehicles on undeveloped terrain as needed
- Participate in the on-call rotation and support emergency callouts, overtime, weekends, and holidays when required
- Perform general site cleanup and consistently follow all safety procedures and regulations
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with mechanical equipment including pumps, mixers, piping, and related systems
- Ability and willingness to learn technical equipment, plant operations, and specialized software systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and safely in an industrial environment
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and work additional hours when needed
