Maintenance Technician – Hands-on Industrial Repair & Fabrication Role

Typical daily duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform preventative maintenance
- Perform basic welding and fabrication using shop tools
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to minimize downtime
What we’re looking for:
- Millwright, mechanic, or fabrication experience (or strong mechanical aptitude with willingness to be trained)
- Experience in industrial maintenance and machinery repair
- Ability to fabricate parts using basic shop tools
- Textile equipment experience is a plus, but not required
