Production Helpers – Direct-Hire with Immediate Benefits!

Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm (4‑day workweek option available)
Assignment Length: Direct-Hire
We are hiring multiple Production Helpers for our client in Biddeford. These roles are $20 per hour and are direct-hire with immediate benefits.

Typical daily duties:

• Performing repetitive weaving tasks
• Making needles, spools, and performing associated tasks
• Inspecting products and ensuring specifications are met
• Setting-up, rodding, documenting, and installing frames
• Adhering to safety procedures
• Supporting and participating in Lean improvement initiatives

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and great hand-eye coordination
• Good reading, writing, and comprehension skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to stand for duration of shift
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
