Quality Associate – Join a Reputable & Hands‑On Quality Team

We’re hiring a Quality Associate for IDEXX in Scarborough. This position pays $25/hr and is expected to last 3 months.

• Complete inspections, analysis, and testing to specifications using complex measurement instruments
• Perform repetitive bench work and ensure all related documentation and data entry are accurate
• Collect and provide reports and data; assist with surveys, audits, and certifications
• Maintain and update SOPs; recommend and support implementation of process improvements
• Manage special handling requirements for hazardous materials as needed

• Ability to read, interpret, and follow detailed written, verbal, or diagrammed instructions
• Experience using measurement instruments and interpreting mechanical drawings
• Strong documentation, communication, and basic math skills (fractions, decimals, ratios, percentages, graphs)
• Ability to problem-solve in standardized situations and use industry sampling plans
• Associate degree or equivalent preferred; 1+ year related or manufacturing experience is ideal
