Customer Support Consultant – Onsite Client Support Role
Pay Rate: $20–$21 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Assignment Length: Temporary assignment expected to last through February 2027

Typical daily duties:
• Provide support via phone and email regarding lab services, billing questions, and test status update
• Research and resolve customer inquiries while maintaining accurate and detailed records
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience

• High-quality, professional customer-facing experience with strong inbound phone skills
• Solid technical skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
