Corporate Cafeteria Cook – Cook with Fresh Ingredients, No Weekends!
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours | 30–40 hours per week
Assignment Length: Temporary, no set end date
Typical daily duties:
- Cook and season menu items according to established recipes
- Test food temperatures and adjust seasoning and flavor as needed
- Prepare, weigh, and measure ingredients for daily production
- Operate commercial kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, slicers, steamers, and broilers
- Plate and garnish meals to meet presentation standards
- Pitch in where needed to keep kitchen operations running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment
- Ability to safely and confidently operate standard commercial kitchen equipment
- ServSafe certification is a plus
- Strong reliability, positive attitude, team-first mindset, and passion for food
