Production Leads – Drive Excellence in Maine Manufacturing

Typical daily duties:

• Assist the supervisor in directing daily production activities and resources
• Lead, train, and support production team members to meet goals
• Operate equipment, perform minor maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of manufacturing or production experience (blow mold preferred) with proven leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English
