Credit Specialists – Support Customers and Drive Financial Accuracy!

Attention detail-oriented professionals! We’re hiring Credit Specialists for IDEXX, a respected company known for its collaborative environment and commitment to excellence. These positions pay $22–$24 per hour and are temporary, scheduled to end 5/2026.

This is a dynamic, customer-focused role where you’ll manage accounts receivable, reconcile customer data, and ensure accuracy while supporting cross-functional teams. Apply today!

Typical daily duties:

• Contact customers regarding past-due accounts via phone, email, and letters
• Maintain and reconcile financial and customer data across multiple systems
• Collaborate with sales and internal departments to resolve account issues

What we’re looking for:

• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
• Customer service experience with excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, and collaborate with a team
• Knowledge of accounts receivable, billing, or Excel a plus
