Attention job seekers! We’re hiring General Laborers to join a family-owned concrete precast crew that values skill, grit, and dependability in Sanford, Maine. These positions pay $20 per hour and are temporary. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. (hours may vary).

Typical daily duties:

• Assist in setting up and preparing concrete forms
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery
• Cut wire, mesh, and rebar
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

What we’re looking for:

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions
• Prior construction, concrete, or manufacturing experience is a plus
