Duties:

• Supporting the Production Supervisor by overseeing personnel and equipment while maintaining ISO 13485 compliance
• Providing direction and leadership to production employees to meet operational goals
• Managing and prioritizing staffing to meet production and quality standards
• Performing routine quality assurance checks throughout the production process
• Coaching and mentoring employees to ensure adherence to standard procedures
• Ensuring production schedules and efficiency goals are consistently achieved

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year in a lead role preferred
• Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of quality standards and continuous improvement practices
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
