Location: Greater Gray / New Gloucester Area
Pay: $18 – $20 per hour

Schedule: M-F 7a-3:45p or M-Th 4p-3a
Assignment Length: Seasonal through September 2025

We’re hiring Seasonal Manufacturing & Production Specialists to join a local manufacturing team. If you can follow instructions, work well with others, and are ready to learn—we want to hear from you!

Perks of the Position:

• $18 per hour +$2 per hour shift differential for nights
• Paid weekly
• Day and night shifts available
• No weekends

What You’ll Do:

• Follow written and verbal instructions to assemble and build electro-mechanical products
• Use simple measuring tools and set up basic equipment and fixtures
• Move materials and products between work areas
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Stay on top of paperwork and follow safety and security guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

• Able to speak, read, and write clearly in English
• Comfortable lifting 30–35 lbs a few times each hour
• Willing to take a vision and dexterity assessment (required before starting)
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and a team-player mindset

Education:

• Currently in high school? Great—you’re encouraged to apply now for summer positions!
• Otherwise, a high school diploma or equivalent is required
