Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Lead and supervise sanitation staff: scheduling, training, safety, and performance
• Ensure all equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and reassembled per procedures
• Maintain electronic/paper records for audits and compliance
• Disassemble/reassemble equipment and perform line bottle changeovers
• Monitor and maintain cleaning chemical inventory
• Troubleshoot sanitation and quality issues
• Collaborate with chemical suppliers and internal teams

• Recommend improvements to sanitation processes and efficiency

Qualifications Necessary to be Considered:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years in a team lead or supervisor role within sanitation or cleaning
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks (e.g., kneeling, climbing, squatting)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
