Help Us Help You.

Advertising is a critical component to attracting the right candidates and have a significant impact on how we are percieved in the marketplace. In order for us to write the best ad we need detailed information. The better the information the higher the quality of ad.

We make all attempts possible to get ad requests posted within 1 business day. You can help ensure your ads are posted quickly by requesting them as soon as possible vs waiting and requesting ads in bulk.

How to help make a great ad:

  • Get detailed information from your clients whenever possible

    • Describe your ideal candidate
    • Who is your “we can make it work” candidate?
    • What backgrounds have/have not been successful in this role?
    • What would your current employees say about this job?
  • Fill out this form with the job seeker in mind

    • What would they be searching – titles, keywords
    • What is most important to them
  • Submit ad requests as soon as possible

    • Take your time filling out the request

On our Sites, we may collect information about your online activities to provide you with advertising about products and services tailored to your individual interests. We also may obtain information for this purpose from third-party websites on which our ads are served.

Through the ad networks, we can track your online activities over time by collecting information through automated means, including through the use of third-party cookies, web server logs, pixels and web beacons. The networks use this information to show you advertisements that may be tailored to your individual interests and previous activity. The information our advertising networks may collect on our behalf includes data about your visits to websites that serve Manpower advertisements, such as the pages or advertisements you view and the actions you take on the websites. This data collection takes place both on our Sites and on third-party websites that participate in these ad networks. This process also helps us track the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. To learn how to opt out of this ad network interest-based advertising, please visit aboutads.info/choices/.
