Production Welder & Fabricator – Four-Day Workweek Opportunity
Attention job seekers! We’re hiring a Production Welder & Fabricator for our client—a 1st shift opening with a Monday–Thursday schedule. Our client offers a strong learning environment, skill growth opportunities, and a variety of hands-on fabrication tasks. This position pays $22–$24 per hour and is temp-to-hire.

Typical daily duties:
• Select materials and cut, bend, shape, or weld according to specifications
• Machine parts and fit or install fabricated structures
• Perform metal forming, repairs, layout, and finishing tasks
What we’re looking for:
• MIG/TIG welding experience (certifications preferred but not required)
• Experience with stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
