Welder/Fabricator – Build Quality Projects Across Northern Maine
Pay Rate: $20+/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM | Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Assignment Length: Seasonal or Temp-to-Hire
Our client is hiring a skilled Welder/Fabricators to support growing project demand across the Mars Hill, Presque Isle, and Caribou areas. This position offers $20+/hour based on experience and is seasonal or temp-to-hire, providing a strong path to long-term opportunity.
This is a hands-on, skill-building role where you’ll work on a variety of fabrication projects—from potato quonsets to commercial structures—while being part of a team that takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship. Apply today!

• Fabricate, weld, and assemble metal components
• Read blueprints and perform precision measurements
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards across shop and field projects

• Prior hands-on welding and metal fabrication experience (no certification required)
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
