2nd Shift Food Packaging Equipment Operator – Specialty Food Manufacturing

Pay Rate: $21–23/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM
Assignment Length: Possible Temp‑to‑Hire

We are hiring 2nd Shift Food Packaging Equipment Operators for our client, a specialty food manufacturer known for producing high‑quality, top‑notch products. This position pays $21–23/hr DOE and is designed as a temp‑to‑hire opportunity.

This is a hands‑on food manufacturing role where you’ll be operating packaging and labeling equipment to prepare finished food products for shipment. If you enjoy active work, working with machinery, and being part of a production team focused on quality, this could be a great fit.

Typical daily duties:

• Receive prepared food product from cook/mix operators
• Operate food packaging, filling, and labeling equipment
• Monitor product flow, packaging accuracy, and quality standards
• Load materials and assist with equipment changeovers as needed
• Perform frequent physical activity including lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Good basic arithmetic skills
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for long periods (10+ hours)
• Ability to frequently lift up to 60 lbs. (60+ lbs. with a partner)
• Comfortable with repetitive physical work, including walking, climbing, bending, stooping, and lifting from floor to shoulder height
