Production Welder & Fabricator – Four-Day Workweek Opportunity
Pay Rate: $22–$24 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm + potential Friday OT
Assignment Length: Indefinite/Temp-to-Hire

Typical daily duties:
• Select materials and cut, bend, shape, or weld according to specifications
• Machine parts and fit or install fabricated structures
• Perform metal forming, repairs, layout, and finishing tasks
What we’re looking for:
• 1+ year of sheet metal fabrication experience; MIG/TIG welding experience required
• Experience working with stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
