• Handle incoming phone calls and online inquiries
• Log accurate data into CRM or ERP systems
• Primary responsibility: entering quotes in Salesforce CPQ

What we’re looking for:
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work successfully with a team
• Data entry experience and proficiency in Microsoft applications
