We’re now hiring an Assembler in Sanford! This is a full-time, 1st shift opening with a well-established manufacturer that values safety, quality, and steady year-round work. This position pays $19 per hour and are temp-to-hire.

Typical daily duties:

• Reading and interpreting assembly blueprints and instructions
• Using hand tools, pallet jacks, stud welders, and pneumatic tools
• Cross-training in multiple areas of the assembly department

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical assembly skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical work throughout shift
