2nd Shift Production Supervisor – 4-Day Work Week at a Global Manufacturer
Pay Rate: $27–$36/hour + shift differential
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire
We are hiring an experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisor for our client, a well-established global manufacturer in the Poland, Maine area. This position offers competitive pay and is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with long-term potential.

Typical daily duties:
• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies
• Monitor production processes to ensure safe, efficient operations and identify improvement opportunities
• Coordinate and assign tasks to production staff, ensuring proper training and coverage
• Oversee daily line operations and directly supervise production employees
• Support hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations of team members

What we’re looking for:
• 2–5 years of experience as a manufacturing or production supervisor
• Direct oversight experience of 10+ employees
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage production priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
