What You’ll Do:

Your day-to-day work will vary depending on the area you’re assigned to, but it may include:

• Assembling parts or electronic components by following simple instructions or diagrams
• Using hand tools or small power tools to support the assembly process
• Performing light soldering or working with cobot‑assisted equipment (depending on the role)
• Checking products to make sure they meet quality and accuracy standards
• Preparing finished items for packaging, storage, or shipment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer literacy (entering data, reading work orders, navigating simple software)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a hands‑on environment
• Dependability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn new skills
