Customer Service Representative – Join a Growing Print Company in Portland!

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for our client, a growing printing company in Portland, Maine. Typical daily duties:

• Answer incoming phone calls and online chats
• Perform data entry and process customer orders
• Provide support to other Customer Service Representatives
• Complete general office tasks as assigned

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in an office or administrative environment
• Excellent customer service, organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a strong work ethic
