• Read and interpret blueprints and shop instructions
• Identify failed, breached, or insufficient welds
• Determine proper grinding processes and techniques
• Operate grinding tools, equipment, abrasive wheels, and paper
• Use hand tools, power tools, hand trucks, and pallet jacks
• Apply lean tools to identify and eliminate waste

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical, computer, and math skills
• Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, climb, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Manufacturing experience preferred
