Production Warehouse Associates, Builders, Painters & Laborers

Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM + overtime on Fridays as needed
Assignment Length: Temporary with potential for permanent placement

Typical Daily Duties

• Assisting with production building, assembly, and fabrication projects
• Preparing materials and components for production processes
• Loading, unloading, organizing, and moving materials throughout the facility
• Supporting warehouse operations with picking & packing
• Loading and unloading paint racks and assisting with finishing processes
• Operating hand and power tools as needed
• Performing quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Working collaboratively with team members across multiple departments

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to read a tape measure through 16ths
• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, painting, assembly, general labor, or related fields preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new skills and work in multiple production areas
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliable attendance
• Candidates with autobody painting, spray finishing, carpentry, or warehouse experience are encouraged to apply
