Seasonal Customer Experience Representative – Monthly Bonus!
Pay Rate: $19 per hour + $300–$500 monthly bonus potential
Schedule: 9am to 6pm or 6pm to 2am (other shifts may be available)
Assignment Length: Seasonal through October 31st
We’re immediately hiring Seasonal Customer Experience Representatives for a respected client in Portland. As the first point of contact for guests, these highly visible positions are ideal for customer-focused individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments. These positions offer $19 per hour plus monthly bonus potential and are expected to run through October 31st.

Typical daily duties:
- Welcome and assist guests with professionalism, positivity, and a customer-first mindset
- Answer calls, manage reservations, and provide accurate information about available services
- Explain products, services, and optional offerings while identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Resolve customer concerns with patience and professionalism
What we’re looking for:
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Retail, restaurant, hospitality, or other guest-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain composed in fast-paced situations
- Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and High School Diploma or equivalent
