• Prepare and serve food as directed by the head or executive chef
• Perform line cooking, food prep, menu support, and plating
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and proper food safety standards
• Monitor ingredient quality and ensure proper food handling procedures
• Support kitchen operations by stepping into different roles as needed
• Clean and maintain café equipment and machinery
• Cross train across kitchen stations, including register/cashier

• ServSafe certification preferred and strong knowledge of food safety standards
• Proven knife skills, food preparation experience, and kitchen organization
• Strong team player with excellent customer service skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
