Quality Assurance Support Specialist – Customer-Focused Quality Role

Pay Rate: $18/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm
Assignment Length: Temporary
We are hiring a Quality Assurance Support Specialist for our client in Milo, a local manufacturer with expanding national reach. This position offers $18/hr and is temporary, providing stable daytime hours and weekends free while supporting quality and customer-focused initiatives.
This is a customer service–driven quality support role, ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communication, and working within Quality Assurance standards, defect tracking, and continuous improvement efforts. Apply today!

Typical daily duties:

• Track external defects for Cost of Quality matrices
• Participate in root cause investigations to support corrective and preventive actions
• Interact with inspectors to ensure quality assurance metrics are improving
• Maintain and assist in improving quality processes
• Ensure high-quality manufacturing standards are consistently met
• Assist with Lean manufacturing efforts
• Perform other duties as assigned
