• Move, prepare, wash, stage, and powder coat metal products on the production line
• Operate and maintain mechanical equipment including wash systems and powder coat booths
• Perform regular shop maintenance such as sweeping, cleaning, greasing, and checking fluid levels
• Support other manufacturing departments as needed
• Apply Lean tools and systemic thinking to identify and eliminate waste while ensuring product quality

• Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand and power tools
• Experience working with mechanical or production equipment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
