Production Lead – Lead Nights, Drive Results

This position pays $20/hr + $2 shift differential and is temp-to-hire.

Typical daily duties:
• Oversee daily production operations and meet production goals
• Train employees while maintaining product quality standards

What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years of experience in a production or packaging environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
