We are seeking candidates with food manufacturing quality experience and/or a degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field to work 2nd Shift as a QA Technician. This position pays $21-$23/hr and is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in food safety, quality assurance, HACCP, SQF, and GMP compliance who enjoys hands-on testing, auditing processes, and ensuring products meet strict quality standards.

  • Record, analyze, and maintain quality data and product control documentation
  • Support production through product holds, releases, and sample retention processes
  • Verify labels, calibrate equipment, and coordinate external testing samples
  • Follow HACCP, SQF, GMP, and food safety protocols in all activities

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience with CNC controls (Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, or similar) and/or large‑diameter lathes preferred
  • Solid understanding of cutting tools, materials, fixturing, and machining processes
