Pay Rate: $24–$28/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire
We’re hiring a Quality Assurance Lab Technician for a well-known Maine client with strong local roots and a reputation for quality. This position offers $24–$28/hour and is a temp-to-hire, full-time opportunity on a steady overnight schedule.

Typical daily duties:

• Testing incoming and outgoing products for compliance with standards
• Performing bacteriological, chemical, and physical tests on goods
• Auditing facility and verifying cleanliness of equipment
• Conducting product sampling at various points through the supply chain
• Troubleshooting quality issues with Production and Quality personnel

What we’re looking for:

• Associate degree (or higher) in Dairy Science, Food Science, Biological Science, or a related field
• Experience with compound light microscopy and/or prior lab or QA experience
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
